MEKA is owner-led, meaning clients work directly with experienced leadership and a team with deep Marine-Construction, Energy Logistics, and Oil & Gas expertise. At MEKA, decisions are made efficiently by leaders with clear accountability at every level of project execution.

Adam Rostant acquired MEKA Surface Preparation Ltd in 2018 and has led its transformation from a small surface preparation contractor into the specialized asset-integrity company it is today.
Previously, he led the development of a private logistics port facility from inception and oversaw many complex energy logistics and project support operations. This experience continues to shape MEKA's practical, execution-focused culture and commitment to delivering clients' projects safely and reliably.

Bruce McLean brings over 15 years of experience supporting the offshore oil and gas industry, with a background spanning marine operations, logistics, project execution, and operational management.
Having begun his career offshore, he has delivered 100+ successful projects. As Operations Manager, Bruce oversees project planning and execution, resource management, quality assurance, and HSE compliance, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
The hardest part of an integrity job is rarely the coating — it is reaching the steel safely. MEKA plans and executes access where others cannot: IRATA rope access on hulls and rig structures, confined-space entry, scaffolding, deck netting and man lifts.
